Machine Inspection Programme
This type of Customer Support Agreement includes:
- Visual and operational inspection
- Fixed price visits
- Follow up quotation for any repairs
Preventative Maintenance Service Kits
This type of Customer Support Agreement includes:
- Filters to perform all service intervals
- Fixed price filter costs
- Includes supply of all filters to perform serving as per Bitelli or Caterpillar maintenance manuals
Preventative Maintenance Lite
This type of Customer Support Agreement includes:
- Filters to perform all service intervals
- Fluids to perform major services*
- Labour to perform major services*
Full Preventative Maintenance
This type of Customer Support Agreement includes:
- Filters to perform all service intervals
- Labour to perform all services
- All fluids included
Repair and Maintenance Agreements
This type of Customer Support Agreement includes:
- Walk around inspection at each service
- All unscheduled repairs
- Loan machine for planned maintenance (not available on all models)
