New Taydal Surfacing take delivery AP55E

Taydal Surfacing recently purchased the new Caterpillar AP555E to replace their AP600 Wheeled paver. The machine was commissioned on the new Eon power station on the Isle of Grain. Finnpave engineers were on site to hand over the machine to the Taydal operators and the machine worked perfectly all day laying over 200 tons of tarmac.

Throughout the day, the operators commented on the smooth ride and manoeuvrability of the machine and were very impressed with the performance of the machine on its first outing with them. Taydal owner Wayne Dale was especially impressed with the machine and noted that one of the major decisions for investment was the mobil track system offering the versatility and mobility of handling any jobsite.
