Customer Support Agreements (CSA)
CSAs are designed to give you piece of mind that your machinery is being maintained in a professional and uniform manner. There is a range of CSAs available ranging from Machine Inspection Programmes, Preventative Maintenance Agreements, Repair and Maintenance Agreements and Custom Designed Repair and Maintenance Agreements.

What is a Customer Support Agreement?
A CSA is any arrangement between you and Finnpave that helps you lower your cost per hour of production by providing a planned approach to scheduled services or repairs at a pre-determined price.

Who should have a CSA?
Customer Support Agreements are for everyone. CSAs are not just for large machines or fleets. Everyone from an owner operator to a large fleet operator can benefit from a CSA. While Repair and Maintenance Agreements are only available for new purchases our Machine Inspection Programmes and Preventative Maintenance Agreements are available for any age of machine.

What is covered on a CSA?
All CSAs can be customised for your own particular needs, whether it be for a single machine Preventative Maintenance package or for a fleet of machines on full Repair and Maintenance there is a CSA to suit you.

What are the benefits of a CSA?
A CSA can lower your operating costs by ensuring that all Preventative Maintenance services and repairs are completed on time, at a fixed price and at the most cost effective intervals. By working to a fixed before failure component replacement system your unplanned down time will be reduced and will ensure your equipment will be available when you need it. What is the cost?

How do I pay?

Machine Inspection Programme

This type of Customer Support Agreement includes:

  • Visual and operational inspection
  • Fixed price visits
  • Visits scheduled to reduce down time and loss of production
  • Full written report including highlighting problems
  • Recommendation of corrective action required
  • Follow up quotation for any repairs

    50 - 50 Preventative Maintenance

    This type of Customer Support Agreement includes:

  • Filters to perform all service intervals
  • Fluids to perform major services*
  • Labour to perform major services*
  • Transport and travel expense
  • Walk around inspection at each service

  • *customer to supply labour and fluids for minor services, Finnpave to provide breakdown of checks to complete services

    This type of Customer Support Agreement includes:

  • All fluids included
  • Transport and travel expense

    Repair and Maintenance Agreements

    This type of Customer Support Agreement includes:

  • Filters to perform all service intervals
  • Labour to perform all services
  • All fluids included
  • Transport and travel expense
  • Walk around inspection at each service
  • All scheduled repairs
  • All unscheduled repairs
  • Planned before failure component replacement
  • In addition, these items can be added to the standard Repair and Maintenance Agreement:
  • Bi-annual re-spray
  • Loan machine for planned maintenance (not available on all models)
